Management

Judith U. Arnoff, RPh, MBA
President
Judy Arnoff is a pharmacist, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A co-founder of the Company in 1999, she is President of J. U. Arnoff & Associates, Inc.

Mrs. Arnoff is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy and Master of Business Administration. Following receipt of her B.S., she practiced hospital pharmacy, and in 1974, she joined Elkins-Sinn, Inc. as Manager of Technical Services. In 1981, she assumed the position of Vice President of Administration, from which she directed the company?s competitive bidding program to hospitals and group purchasing organizations, accounting for about 95% of the company?s sales.

In 1985, she joined Marvin Samson in the founding of Marsam Pharmaceuticals Inc., as Vice President. In this capacity, she was responsible for strategic planning, product portfolio development, business development and human resources. She played an active role in the Company?s public offerings, road show presentations and investor communications.

A resident of Bensalem, PA, Mrs. Arnoff is a member of the Board of Directors of Temple University Pharmacy Alumni Association and served as its president from 1998 to 2000. She also is a member of the Board of Advisors of the American Academy of Continuing Medical Education, was president of the PDE, a pharmaceutical trade association from 1992 to 1994 and held a variety of other offices with the PDE. Additionally, she is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Fraternity, an advocate for cancer-related issues at the local and national levels and a CanSurmount volunteer with the American Cancer Society.

Lawrence J. Arnoff
Vice President
As a co-founder of J. U. Arnoff & Associates, Inc., Larry Arnoff has more than 25 years of experience in the computer industry, both as a software development specialist and as a teacher/trainer. A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, he holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree in mathematics.

Mr. Arnoff is actively involved in local politics in his home town of Bensalem, PA, is an advocate for cancer-related issues and participates in fund raising efforts for the American Cancer Society. He is a proud graduate of the 216th class of Central High School in Philadelphia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
